I recently made the decision to move our mission-critical Magento-based eCom to JetRails, coming from a provider I've trusted for over a decade. I am so happy with the results, I wish I had done this sooner! The migration process was exceptionally smooth, and JetRails excellent support engineers are always prompt and well-informed in all communications. With nearly 20 years of Linux systems administration experience, I have a pretty high bar when it comes to technical support, and I am happy to say that JetRails absolutely knocks it out of the park.Following our switch, we saw an immediate > 10% improvement in pageload times on non-cached pages, maintained our current hosting costs, and gained a more robust, superior and *managed* infrastructure. Finally, I no longer have to carve out time for relatively mundane (but important!) tasks like maintaining package versions. Oh, and our production and testing environments are now effortlessly 1:1, ensuring consistent application experience. Very disappointed with Andromeda. My law firm contracted with them for over 5 years to provide IT technology and support. Their service and responsiveness kept getting worse and their prices and charges kept going up. When we switched companies this past month (despite being paid in full through the end of September), they pulled the plug on their service and played games with the transition to the new IT company. We hired them for a little over 2 years and had nothing but issues and slow service. Not even 6 months after the contract started did they breach the contract by not onboarding properly and not providing cybersecurity documentation. There were days when they could not fix our server and we ended up leaving early for the day since no work could be done. We lost hours of work and had to work on the weekends to make up for it. They went through a security review for compliance in which they were given very detailed instructions to fix all the issues (which there were a LOT) and they never started after numerous follow-ups. We terminated our contract early and went with another IT company. It was found by the new IT company that Empist did manual fixes on a lot of computers instead of addressing the root problems. Overall do not recommend hiring this company if you have sensitive data that needs secure systems.

101 digital seems to have just shut down services, with no notice to it's clients. They don't answer the phone, and emails auto answer with a message to contact Anita at Sunny Direct, who also doesn't return phone messages or emails. They've left us in a very difficult position just as we head into our busiest time of the year. If they come back in any form, I'd suggest buyer beware!

For a larger company that needs a complete managed service with a lot of employees maybe they are better suited? For a small company sales office like mine, with only 5 employees they were nothing short a nightmare. Techs were all great and very professional. Their billing department and their overall communication were terrible. Their sales team sold us products we never needed and they never followed up on things we actually wanted done. We asked them to address modernizing our office , setting up a cloud based server. Never happened. We had a 15 year old data server with less than 500 Gigs of data on it. We signed up with them in May 2023. We wanted their "monitored" pay as you go service, I asked them to provide what charges would be to set up a cloud based data server based on their own sales team suggestion before we signed up. After 3 attempts over several months, I was finally notified in August they would need to charge us 8 hours of billed time to provide what was needed to do that. This was after they already onboarded us and already had inventory of what we had. Having friends in the IT industry they told me something just didn't sound right and this forced me to educate myself on Microsoft 365 services, which we were already paying for I might add. I came to find out they basically wanted $1200 of extra charges just to tell us to move our data to SharePoint. They sold us an email filter program that they set up and installed which ended up blocking legit emails for our business, then when we needed to get those emails sent to our inbox they charged us billing time to do it, then charged us AGAIN to remove the program entirely when they installed and set up the program and it never worked. They opened tickets on our 15 year data server we were never told about, and then billed us time out of our hours block without ever notifying us about it until we saw the bill. Ultimately over 4 weeks time I moved all our data to SharePoint myself, removed our old data server from our network. Our Microsoft accounts were upgraded and all our employees can now work remotely if they chose with file access anywhere with all the benefits of Microsoft defender and malware endpoint security which has been configured also by myself ( Keep in mind I don’t consider myself an IT expert by any means and was able to do all this on my own with a little bit of research). We’re getting almost no email spam now and our dependency on a 15 year old data server is gone. Sadly this all came with no help from Verity IT and instead thousands of extra dollars in fees for things we never needed that could have been avoided. Now 3 months since terminating our relationship our office data sharing system runs flawlessly and we have had not 1 technical issue.

Okay, I don’t know why the autism speaks rules or techniques are so absurdly misunderstood. If you speak as I do there’s literally no reason a person with long time Asperger’s syndrome symptoms get treated with chaos, like if I have Asperger’s or autism, I’d be considered disabled. The autism speaks rules basically state the autistic person needs explicit rules explained without being given surprises or kind of “casual abuse”. No, this happened to me on various teams. Why? Or who is telling these rules as if that’s correct at all? I’d like to know.For years, I’m gonna I’m lucky and I hold zero animosity towards anyone. The autistic person or community might have HPA axis stress dysregulation as a feature of the condition. I can’t speak for anyone else, I’m pretty sure a stress dysregulated person needs less stress or surprises especially when it comes work. Just tell me to work one something. I was already autistic burnout when I worked here. Not trivial.I’m now realizing I can work on it. At the time I couldn’t even understand what I was doing exactly. It doesn’t spontaneously occur. Anyone that uses or loses functioning especially with facial expressions like me. It takes real work, gradual change not 100% perfect spontaneously. I get why people say it’s not real, I just need better health. I think that’s my downfall. I studied and worked on my knowledge but never my physical ability or health. I learned, thankfully. Some live and die, never knowing what happened. I’m thank I’m not, my brother was. It’s okay. It’s not for anyone to feel sorry about or tell me they sympathize or empathize. It is true though. So, before people use the crazy rules, just living and dying never knowing what caused so much damage to your life. That sucks.

Impact I had to call Gen pact a week or so ago concerning a job offer. Only it really wasn't a legitimate job offer. The lady who answered my phone call, knew immediately what was going on and explained to me she was very sympathetic and apologetic on what happened. One of the major career forms that millions of people use to look for a job happen to have a breach of security.Which ultimately led to false jobs being offered. We went with Realnets on a whim, my pregnant wife and I needed help and they delivered ; ) When we first contacted Realnets we were skeptical, all that was washed away when Brian (the Owner) and his right hand man Ben came to our home to do the work themselves. Compared to other companies we have had work at our home they seemed more like family. Their work has allowed us to sleep better at night, especially when our baby arrives!!!
