eSILO Tech Support ReviewI am a retired engineer and part time stock option trader. I have been an eSilo customer for about 7 years now and I have had only one occasion that required tech support. Recently I have purchased a new PC as the old one with Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft after October of this year. Since I belong to the Boomer generation and not well versed in IT, I hired a local IT guy to transfer the files for me.To my complete dismay, I discover on the new PC that all my photo and music files are gone. The excuse I got was that there were no photo or music files on my old PC which is total bull. I was both angry and desperate. I call up eSilo tech support and work with the software engineer Danny. Danny was able to restore my photo files, music files and investment spreadsheets that take me years to build. What a relief! Danny is very personable and professional. Well, I can only recommend this company for the logo. Otherwise, I really have to say that my experience was that the network wasn't right - and I had to pay extra for the phone calls for complaints such as a new but not working scanner/printer and the problem still wasn't solved. I see here the typical mentality of a "construction company" that promises but only delivers exactly if you monitor every step. Here, too, people like to talk things out of others, they like to be paid extra to fix the defects rather than trying to provide a real, sustainable service, and I don't see the willingness to admit the mistakes here.

Hi. While my problems were finally resolved when your technician remote connected to my laptop, the problem was created in the first place by the initial reply I got from protected harbor. All I was looking for initially was to reload the remote desktop app but the link I got ended up messing up my parallels desktop implementation. And even that took a couple of days to get that reply with the link.
