We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok.
