One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Barcom Technology Solutions is my favorite IT company because I don't need to wait 10min. on a phone with them - I always get served in less than 5min. Their Support Team always resolve my issues as I'm not that tech savvy guy and I would recommend their services and trust me they have a wide-range of all kind of IT Services and offer them for a fair price and never rip me off. So I hope I will continue using Barcom for a long, long time in the future and looking forward to our next engagement.

Used a fraudulent tracking number to "placeholder" a shipment, the tracking number was set to re-deliver to their address. The item they claimed to have shipped was the wrong weight (4lb) when the actual item in a box is exactly 6.1lbs. When asked about the questionable tracking, they opted to refund the order instead of fixing it. As a note, they were underselling MSI Direct on a motherboard by almost $150...

Ordered a product from them off of Amazon. They were never clear on shipping and claimed they sent to UPS but UPS says they never received. This company just wants to hold your money and when you finally call them on it they fold but if not they will hold your money as long as they can with no explanation as to why. They never reached out to me once until I called them up after I was past delivery time with not a single word.
