Beware of this company. In March 2023 they claimed to have some "billing error" that dated back to July 2021, and they would "audit" and charge what they decided to be needed... despite that I'd been paying what I'd agreed to every month. They came up with the number $267.92 (a lot considering the average monthly was around $35). I tried calling multiple times but never got a person nor a callback from my messages. I also wrote them several emails. Despite my attempts to let them know it isn't right to charge a customer a fee I never agreed to, they charged me anyway and they successfully won the credit card dispute as well.I've since discovered there are many better (and more inexpensive) backup options, so I've moved elsewhere. But anyone considering MMIT should reconsider. Just read the rest of the reviews to realize this isn't a one-off issue.. this is a pattern of behavior. It isn't right, and they know it, but they apparently have no shame about it either.

This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. I currently have a simple request that has been outstanding since June 12th with John Arriga. Not only is the entire team inept at professional and timely communication but there seems to be a true lack of knowledge around technology. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

DOCUmation is our company's IT provider and they are always responsive to our needs and have worked us through some sticky issues in the past. Today I called after noticing a message when booting up my machine and my call was answered by Nason Villanueva. Nason was very helpful and checked the company that was asking permission to modify my computer. It turned out that it was a legitimate Microsoft domain and all was well.
