One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Such a fraud company. They are hiring Java but after after coming to that place they are saying there is no hiring for Java developer and forcefully they said to me if you want to build your career in this company then go for .net and after all they won't take my interview properly. Management system is very bad. My office network crashed on Friday. VQIS was there the same day to diagnose the problem. They got it up and running the same day, and recommended a couple upgrades to insure it would not continue happening. They were out the following Monday to repair/replace the equipment.A+ for these guys, all of them know what they are doing and they had me up and running within hours of the initial phone call.THANK YOU VQIS!

Top notch all the way! Professional yet personable. Extremely good at what they do (Mac or PC) and they explain everything in a way I can understand. VQIS does remote monthly maintenance on my work laptop (windows), as well as takes care of my family’s non-work iMacs when we have issues. I trust them so much that I’m willing to drive an hour and a half to bring them my computers if they need to fix hardware issues. Fast turn around with status updates along the way. All with a friendly attitude and a great sense of humor, which is always a plus!

Barcom Technology Solutions is my favorite IT company because I don't need to wait 10min. on a phone with them - I always get served in less than 5min. Had the extreme displeasure of wasting my time and money with these clowns. While interviewing for a state job, I was offered a very competitive salary. Two days before my start date I was informed by the HR manager Himanshu that the new offering would be$10,000 per year less.Not only did they expect me accept this ludicrous offer, they also made me pay for my own background checks. Now that there is no serious offer on the table, they don’t want to compensate me for the checks.I have made several offers to compromise, but I think that their idea of compromise is for me to smile and accept $10,000 less each year. I suggested a signing bonus to offset to difference. I offered a different salary. I offered to let them find a way to solve the problem, radio silence.This is a scam, or at the very least a bunch of lazy, inept individuals who have no concern for their employees.As a temp agency, they make money when we make money, so it’s supposed to be mutually beneficial. I’m glad I smelled this from a mile away, because if I’m having this much trouble now, what do I have to look forward to in the future? Paycheck problems, Tax evasion? Who knows? Crisis averted?

I was offered a Data Entry Clerk and went over and submit all the information, literally everything and now they said position withdrawn. No longer position exists. Such a waste of time, energy and big loss was I gave all my personal sensitive information. I talked to Raghu Nandan Sharma @ Gurleen Kaur plus Navneet Kaur. I would never apply company like this again. I will also report to security compliance company or maybe I should call Data Theft. Anyone looking this review if this happened to you let me know. Used a fraudulent tracking number to "placeholder" a shipment, the tracking number was set to re-deliver to their address. The item they claimed to have shipped was the wrong weight (4lb) when the actual item in a box is exactly 6.1lbs. When asked about the questionable tracking, they opted to refund the order instead of fixing it. As a note, they were underselling MSI Direct on a motherboard by almost $150...

Ordered a product from them off of Amazon. They were never clear on shipping and claimed they sent to UPS but UPS says they never received. This company just wants to hold your money and when you finally call them on it they fold but if not they will hold your money as long as they can with no explanation as to why. They never reached out to me once until I called them up after I was past delivery time with not a single word.
