Most of the glowing reviews here don’t seem to be from real clients. My experience was the opposite.This company is grossly incompetent. They charged high fees but delivered sub-par work, riddled with delays and headaches that continued even after the contract ended.They were hired to design a web app, but the end product was so poor that I had to bring in engineers to fix the mess they left behind. There were issues at every stage of the project, from design to deployment.What stings the most is that I was the one who recommended them to my team because a friend knew the owner. I deeply regret that recommendation.The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is that the team, Lanre especially, were at least cooperative — but cooperation is pointless (and frankly annoying) when the work is fundamentally flawed.My advice: stick to using them only for basic website creation, and hire a skilled freelancer for more advanced projects.My advice to Chisom: It’s unfortunate that our experience turned out so poorly, because your company is a great concept with a lot of potential. Protect the brand you’ve worked so hard to build — the sweat and tears show — by investing in skilled engineers and raising delivery standards. Otherwise, you risk frustrated clients, avoidable disputes, and damage to the reputation you’ve worked to establish.

We paid $117,000 across two contracts $68,000 for development and $49,000 for marketing to Naked Development for a consumer-ready iOS and Android app and a full marketing funnel.They delivered neither.We originally requested delivery by Black Friday, the most critical sales window for a parent-focused consumer app. Naked Development proposed December as an alternative. That deadline was their own suggestion. They missed it. We extended to January, then February, then April, then issued a formal written Notice of Breach before giving them one final deadline the following June. Every deadline was missed. We were over 300% over timeline.When we finally handed the codebase to a second development firm, the app would not build on either iOS or Android. We paid thousands just to get it running enough to assess the damage. The contracted team was never fully assembled. Tickets were put on hold without explanation. Subscription management, the most critical feature of the app, was broken for months and never fixed by Naked.The commercial video Naked produced was unusable by launch, as cultural references had gone stale during the delay.We are software engineers who have led teams of over 100. These were not minor issues. They were basic, objective engineering failures.When we raised breach concerns with founder John Driscoll, his response was "let's just let our lawyers talk about it."We are aware of more than a dozen other former clients who experienced similar issues. Do not recommend.

I hired Naked Development in 2022 to build a new version of my mobile app. I paid $203,000 upfront (spread over six months essentially everything I had saved from my first year in business), and was told the app would be completed in five months, by Fall 2022.Instead, the project turned into nearly a year of delays, almost done updates, and declining involvement from their team. My very small internal team and I ended up doing much of the project management and QA work ourselves because progress had stalled so severely. Despite constant reassurances, no functional product was ever delivered.By mid-2023, I hired multiple external development teams to assess the code. Every single one independently concluded that the app was non-functional, unstable, not scalable, and could not be launched. They warned it would crash immediately and required a complete rebuild. I then hired a neutral third-party auditor with zero connection to any agency and his report confirmed the same findings.After paying over $200K, I had nothing usable. When I factored in delays, internal time lost, expert audits, and the cost of rebuilding from scratch, the financial impact to my business exceeded $500,000.After multiple attempts to resolve the situation privately were unsuccessful, I filed a lawsuit, which is now a matter of public record (Superhuman Inc. v. Naked Development). The case is set for trial in early 2026. While litigation is never something a founder hopes for, at a certain point it became the only responsible path given the evidence and the financial damage.I strongly recommend extreme caution when considering this agency.

Something must have changed in the last year or so because they do not do a good job and don't care about you as a loyal customer and refuse to help you. He told me he’d send a email and update me, that never happened. On top of that, he raised his voice at me, which was totally out of line. There are far better options out there. We found a company that did the same job for nearly $100 less, with free shipping. We got it rushed too! And was still cheaper! Avoid this place if you value your time, events, and money. And if their shipping messes up, good luck getting help from Got Print, they will do absolutely NOTHING to help you out. To them that’s just not their responsibility. They ruined a part of our event for their incompetence when I did everything I was supposed to do ordering. And even if shipping messed up, you still have a responsibility to help. I’m sure I’ll get some boiler plate response from them because I’m sure they’re too lazy to even do proper customer service. I’m not gonna call you back, you’ve lost my businesses and all my friends businesses.

I also was close enough to Burbank where I could pick up and avoid the delivery chaos. So I figured I’d roll the dice. Staples was charging double and only single sided. This came out perfect!! Photos show my digital design and then the final product. Just what I needed. Thank you Got Print!I ordered at 8:50pm on July 1st and this was ready for pick up at 12pm on July 3rd. So fast (I did pay a few bucks more for rush production and for the drilled holes on top to hang with ribbon) but total was $42.Will be using again!
