Omnilab Enterprise Solutions stepped in, picked it up, made it better, and finished it. they did like 90% or more of the work. we got it done under budget and faster than expected, which was awesome. users are loving the app too, so it turned out exactly how we wanted. eW mostly talk through Slack and have Zoom calls every week. if needed, we hop on a phone call. they’re a smaller company but they do high-quality stuff, which means we get really good service without dealing with a giant company. also, their designer is super good and they actually deliver on time, which is rare cause most companies always miss deadlines.
