Ben and his team are top notch. I reached out to Ben mid-September of last year where we had some discussions about the vision of the project. These preliminary talks were my first taste of the passion they carried from start to finish. Being new to the design process I couldn’t have imagined a better team to work with. The communication is great. I was very inquisitive and involved throughout, maybe more so than the average, but nevertheless all questions and opinions were thoughtfully considered. Spent 15 minutes doing the RBC Avion survey, once submitted it routes you to a nonexistent page. It appears to be designed to get the data required for RBC, but voids your chance at the 500$ since the survey is incomplete. Will file a complaint with RBC and consolidate my RBC accounts into my Scotia accounts. I'm fed up with this bait and switch garbage.

I already knew about ANCORD, but being a part of the shoot allowed me to see their interesting projects, and importantly; how they treat their clients. It may have technically been work, but it was carefully planned-out to be comfortable and fun.
