I was very trepidatious about starting with a new website design and hosting company. I knew it was necessary for company growth but felt somewhat at a loss of where to start. When I met a few of the PufCreativ team members at an industry event, it was apparent that they were authentic humans and had expertise in their field. The process was very professional, from my intro conversation with Shamus Lahman, to my first meeting and contract negotiation with John Shute, to the weeks of work with the team. I worked closely with our assigned team including Piper Lee and Patrick Cathcart, as well as Andres Hernandez. They responded quickly to questions, and sought to fully understand our goals for the website. The recommendations they made were helpful and everything stayed within the budget that was discussed at the start of the project. They integrated all of our existing systems and even enhanced our functionality within them.We are so glad that we found this team and look forward to a long-term business relationship, utilizing even more of their services, as our company grows and our online presence expands. Our team is very happy with the finished product and we have received compliments from both existing and new customers. NO ONE has provided the value and gotten us the results in the way that SCD's team has. When SCD started doing our seo we saw an immediate increase in the calls and and new clients we received. We are constantly being bombarded by other marketing services and we stepped away from SCD to try something else but in the end came back to SCD because of the results and value she provided. We saw nothing from the other company other than a much larger cost and promises of fabulous results in a year. Shirley provides excellent customer service, she answers any question I have in as much detail as I'd like. She's incredibly responsive when we have a need of any kind. Horrible experience ordering 5.11 tactical pants through Amazon. The pants took more than a month to finally find out the delivery service used Canada post. When they were already on strike. They just blamed Canada Post instead of looking in the mirror. Amazon was amazing and issued a refund immediately. Will never deal with these guys again so be leary of these people. And I see they are still blaming Canada Post. Maybe they should be more in touch with National happenings in Canada!
