Well Chris might be a nice guy, the rest of his staff is a revolving door, they take days to get back to you pertaining to updates, if they get back to you at all. When I canceled their services because they didn't get back to me, and they didn't perform the updates that they told me they would do, they then shut off my Google ad without ever telling me. The Google ad that I pay the budget for, and after paying a monthly fee for their services for those ads. The fact they didn't even tell me, cost our business potentially thousands of dollars. As much as his attitude might be great, they burned my company, and we may never come back. Be very careful.

During all the layoffs when Covid first hit he found a way to keep his business up and running and all his employees working from home so they weren't out of a job or income. I wouldn’t use them again. They did a great job on our website, but the whole SEO part of everything was absolutely terrible. They tried to say we were on the front page of Google and every time I would look us up we were always 18 or lower. I even did it with them on the phone and typed in exactly what they told me to and I was still around the 20 area and they were telling me I was within the first 5. They only reason I gave them 1 star is for their website they made for us that we lose after we cancelled with them. Hopefully they did better for other businesses but for ours they were not good. Unfortunately, we had to pay for 6 months of horrible service. Over promised and under delivered services. If they were as good as they say they are they would have a money back guarantee if they can’t produce. Customer service is horrible since you can’t get a straight answer from them. I also had 4 different case managers in 6 months. The only reason I stayed with them for that long is because I had to. Worse $1800 I spent in a long time.
