I don't know about your business; we didn't. We requested information by filling out the form they provided in their ad, and they contacted us shortly thereafter, and we presented our requests. We then met. Rude tone, disrespectful, and judgmental. Even though I pointed out that their tone was unreasonably harsh, they still stuck to their principles. When I tried to end the conversation because of this attitude, they hung up on me? It's difficult with this tone and patronizing attitude. The customer may not know as much as you do. What's the point of criticizing someone who requests your service? You must respectfully disagree. Your cost per customer here is very high. First comes decency and ethics, then business.
