Avoid at all costs, this is our experience:- Blank theory made agreement to not run on brand name.- Blank theory runs campaign on our brand name.- We ask them to stop, they will not exclude the brand name.- Blank theory boast of conversions, although we can clearly see they are from brand name.- After many emails back and forth, Blank theory exclude our brand name.- Conversions drop to zero- Blank theory get defensive when called, hang up the phone, threaten to charge additional fees and say ‘well you’re locked in for 24 months anyway’.- We even offered them a deal that if they could even just achieve a 2x ROAS without our band name, then we would stay on, this angered them greatly - if anything, this shows that they didn’t even believe in their own work.This is one of the most unprofessional companies we have dealt with, we feel for our main point of contact as she herself was great, but obviously pushing skewed data as directed from those above her.There is a lot more to be said, the above has been carefully considered to ensure it is true, accurate and fair.They have cost our business tens of thousands, don’t let them cost yours. "
