We worked with Valmax on the full redesign and rebuild of the 11 Mirrors website. For us, this was not simply a visual update. The website needed to reflect the brands approach to hospitality while working as a practical commercial tool across the hotel, Restaurant & Bar, and FACE the Rooftop. The scope included a full WordPress rebuild, Ukrainian and English versions, booking flows, integrations, mobile optimisation, and a CMS that our marketing team could manage independently. Our experience working with Valmax was structured and straightforward. The project moved through clear stages discovery, wireframes, UI design, development, QA, content, and launch which made it easy for us to understand where we were in the process and provide input when needed. Importantly, the team understood the business logic behind our requirements rather than treating them purely as design requests. The result is a website that better connects our different hospitality experiences, makes booking actions easier to reach, and is more practical for our team to manage day to day. Overall, Valmax delivered what we had agreed on and handled a fairly complex project in a clear and organised way.

We have engaged Infinum to develop an app that would digitalise our leasing process. From creating the initial offer through the necessary financing application and client identification to the final signature – all the steps required to successfully lease a vehicle or other object can be performed in-app, freeing the users of friction and having to deal with tedious paperwork. The app itself in the background has 30+ integrations, while keeping a seamless and quick to follow process on the front for our users. That application is in production and Infinum is responsible for maintaining it and further improving. After the initial development, we have additionally expanded our scope from vehicles to other equipment. They have also developed a Leasing widget, product which enables quick financing model while purchasing a vehicle online on car seller marketplace pages. At this moment, we are still in partnership with Infinum, and their engagement is mainly focused on localising the app to other countries and supporting us in our further business expansion. The work performed was done in Ruby on Rails and React technology, with support of other services.
