A very serious and competent agency, focused on objectives and not just profit. This is highly commendable and increasingly rare behavior, demonstrating several things: 1) they're most likely financially sound, otherwise they'd be chasing every single euro; 2) they consider the client a long-term investment; 3) they have a vision of partnership with the client that will lead to them being repaid for their work, which consequently reassures the client about the choices they've made together.
