  Infinity Micro is the best. They manage our off-site back up and have helped with our IT needs for the past few years. I've personally worked with our IT tech, Brendan, as the Firm Administrator for a local law firm in Salem. While their whole team is very down to earth, professional, and knowledgeable, Brendan and I have established a great working relationship over the past year. He's familiar with our Firm and our set-up, helps trouble shoot issues with little to no notice, and I know he's always looking out to anticipate trouble. I would like to think I'm fairly tech savvy, but Brendan patiently explains issues to me when I can't comprehend the tech. I would highly recommend Infinity Micro to anyone looking for a reliable IT company who can explain tech to you in plain English.
