Have worked with them for near 5 years now. Kissed a lot of frogs before. They know ontraport, they know automation, they also have great account management, communication and help with other aspects like webpage design and support. Infinity Micro is the best. They manage our off-site back up and have helped with our IT needs for the past few years. I've personally worked with our IT tech, Brendan, as the Firm Administrator for a local law firm in Salem. While their whole team is very down to earth, professional, and knowledgeable, Brendan and I have established a great working relationship over the past year. He's familiar with our Firm and our set-up, helps trouble shoot issues with little to no notice, and I know he's always looking out to anticipate trouble. I would like to think I'm fairly tech savvy, but Brendan patiently explains issues to me when I can't comprehend the tech. So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

On Line Support is a class act. They have a robust staff of highly qualified people who go the extra mile to get things done. OLS took over as our MSP in 2024 and quickly stabilized our network, correcting the many prior mistakes made by our previous, smaller MSP. Our company was recently acquired which will soon bring IT internal, and our whole staff is upset to lose such a strong IT service.
