Very disappointed with Andromeda. My law firm contracted with them for over 5 years to provide IT technology and support. Their service and responsiveness kept getting worse and their prices and charges kept going up. When we switched companies this past month (despite being paid in full through the end of September), they pulled the plug on their service and played games with the transition to the new IT company. Andromeda has been our Tech Support vendor for over 6 months and has done a great job! Being a small company it has been a huge benefit to have a help desk for tech support for our day to day. Andromeda has also successful migrated our email from Gmail to Microsoft Exchange in addition to assisting with equipment orders, cyber audits, and recommendations for enhanced security.
