We strongly advise against engaging with this company, especially for outsourcing services. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating due to several key issues:1. Unprofessional Service and Communication: From the start, the company demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. Their responses to client inquiries were not only delayed but often dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns and providing solutions, they seemed uninterested in maintaining a positive client relationship. Communication with them feels more like a burden rather than the collaborative process it should be.2. Inconsistent Client Communication: There is no consistency in the way they communicate with their clients. At times, they respond promptly, but more often than not, communication is sporadic and incomplete. It’s as if they have no structured process in place for managing client interactions, which leads to unnecessary confusion and delays in project timelines.3. Untrustworthy PartnersOne of the most concerning issues is the reliability of the company and its partners. Throughout the course of our collaboration, they failed to honor agreements, missed deadlines, and provided substandard work. It became increasingly clear that they lack transparency and integrity in their dealings. Trust, which is critical in any business relationship, was eroded quickly. The leadership of this company, particularly the Head of Business Development, is highly unprofessional. The way they handle client relationships is a clear reflection of the poor management and lack of oversight within the organization. Their attitude is not only dismissive but at times, outright rude and condescending. There is no effort to engage clients in meaningful discussions or to offer solutions when problems arise. For anyone considering outsourcing with this company, We highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. They have no clear processes in place, and their inability to deal with clients in a respectful and professional manner speaks volumes about how poorly run this organization is.

Worst company that you can deal with1. Unprofessional service and communication with clients2. Inconsistency in communicating with clients3. Untrustworthy partnersHighly recommend to avoid this company for outsourcing company especially their the business development head. The way they respond to their clients gives a clear indication how badly this company is led. Basically there is no clear process, extremely rude way of dealing with clients. Just take a look a the email response and the response in the comments and you will know how unprofessional this company is.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

We are proud to have been able to offer a beautiful Modernfold panel recovery job to give the walls a facelift to complete newly renovated meeting rooms at Deloitte in Rockefeller Plaza. Deloitte has always been such a great and dear client of ours! We look forward to continuing to work together in the future!

Deloitte completely failed implementation of Army IgnitEd, which led to thousands of service members paying out of pocket for education expenses. The circus that we watched unfold leaves me with zero confidence in the services that this firm provides.

In January I was recruiting for a front-end developer, I went through the entire recruitment process and stopped at the stage of concluding a contract. However, the company decided that the process was taking too long and was "too expensive" and stopped working with me.They do not take into account the fact that they themselves were not interested in my topic for most of the time and completely ignore my problems that I am struggling with as an entrepreneur.I do not recommend.
