Wow.Based on early conversations during the vetting process, I knew GreenMellen would be able to bring the functional improvements our site so desperately needed, but I never could have imagined how much the copy and design would improve, as well! The process began with copy-focused back-and-forth to perfect our company's story-telling. From there, we went into function and design. They have an amazing workflow that allows for 3 rounds of QA; it was exactly what we needed to nail the outcome.Halfway into the redesign, we discovered a backend problem and GreenMellen jumped in with solutions - even though it was not part of our original scope. They introduced us to a new CRM system that we decided to integrate in real time.Every GreenMellen team member that we worked with was efficient, communicative, and informed. I had coordinated with Brandi on getting a new logo made for multiple avenues I wanted to pursue and she was able to help me design a logo/brand that I'm totally in love with. From the very beginning and all the way to the end, she was always able to deliver, provide feedback and execute stunning design options that were all so good. She was also able to take my logo/branding goals of being versatile and transforming those ideas into concepts that spoke volume.Though making a decision on just one design out of a couple was hard in the end, I eventually went with one that had the best look and feel that represented what my brand needed to be. I would highly recommend id8 for any graphic design work as they are awesome at creating designs that have a deeper philosophical meaning that will make anyone appreciate the reasonings behind what they create.

We started with a brand mapping session, which was excellent and provided significant insight into how we wanted to approach the market. Mighty Fine Co. absolutely saved the day for us! After our original creator dropped the ball and failed to deliver on time for our company’s annual meeting, I reached out to Mighty Fine on a Thursday—desperately needing a completed video by Monday. Not only did they take on the project last-minute, but they also worked through the weekend to make it happen.They were incredibly responsive, even outside normal business hours, and provided creative suggestions to bring the project across the finish line.
