I called one day to talk to Abid, but I knew immediately it was NOT Abid. The mannerisms and voice tone were different. I asked to be transferred to Account Pay to resolve the dispute and receive my credit. When Natasha (whom I find out later is the COO) answered, and said, "Thank you Reynold". I told her that Reynold answered the phone and identified himself as Abid. I said why are you impersonating ex- employees?I had had multiple problems before this incident, and disputes with multiple credit cards because they were not doing the work they had agreed upon. My site was never completed to standard. The only honest employees that got ANYTHING done on website left the company. This place is as crooked as they come. Find another web company.

I'm a previous customer of WPDriven's. In the beginning, I was satisfied with my website (2022). But after I renewed in early 2023 with them, my website became unfunctional. Completely reset and no matter how many times I tried to contact them, I couldn't. Finally, they contacted me early 2024 (speedy, right?) for my renewal. When I explained what was going on, they basically said it was my fault and that in order to fix it, I had 2 options. 1, pay $700 for them to fix anything or 2, pay $300 to transfer my site to someone else. I chose option 2. They completely tricked me and transferred over my old (not in use) website domain. After I got my money back, they had 2 of their employees leave bad reviews on my business' Facebook page, pretending they were customers of mine. I do not recommend them. Not to mention the hours I spent on the phone arguing with them. And them screening my phone calls. Please don't put your money at risk and go to someone else.To respond: you fixed those things in 2022 and I was satisfied (like I stated). And then helped me change my business domain early 2023, much appreciated. However, I tried contacting you May of 2023 and didn't receive any response until Feb 2024. And that response was terrible and unprofessional. However, I no longer feel safe being contacted by your company or employees considering I received a threat after posting this. So please, stop replying and stop contacting me.

Terrible Customer Service!Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. My four businesses have been going here for over 10 years at this point. Something must have changed in the last year or so because they do not do a good job and don't care about you as a loyal customer and refuse to help you. And if their shipping messes up, good luck getting help from Got Print, they will do absolutely NOTHING to help you out. To them that’s just not their responsibility. They ruined a part of our event for their incompetence when I did everything I was supposed to do ordering. And even if shipping messed up, you still have a responsibility to help. I’m sure I’ll get some boiler plate response from them because I’m sure they’re too lazy to even do proper customer service.
