Yes, Adrienne Parker did an excellent job working with me to resolve a lock-out issue with my Citrix desktop.While it was a lengthy effort to resolve, we both learned near the end of our call, there may have been a simultaneous issue with Citrix being down at the time.Adrienne was very professional, helpful and empathetic knowing I needed access. My son and I recently started a new business creating a holistic experience for end of life care and additional supportive services such as housecleaning,respite and dog walking. Our business model is completely remote and while we had the manpower to write the code and set us up in our home office so that everything was at the tip of our fingers, we were woefully disappointed with the cyber support we received from the various vendors. A friend recommended Cyber Duo with the explanation that they provide comprehensive it support, security and data management all in one. So essentially my son and his friends are no longer the IT department. Now I have a real company that I can call day or night when I think my system has been compromised. I have someone to call when Gen X tendencies kick in and i magically crash the computer or have unintelligible code instead of the file I was trying to open all over my screen. CyberDuo managed to sync and simultaneously protect and the fancy technology that we are using in one short afternoon for what I consider to be a wholly reasonable price and considering the peace of mind they’ve given me it’s worth and I would pay much more. They are always available if we need them but once they had us up and running we just haven’t! Highly recommend Cyber Duo!

Update, still hate their billing department, but the computer service is phenomenal. Our server went down at 4:15 Friday before the 4th of July. No issue, in our office 1/2 hour later. Just finished fixing at 5:20. Exceed my expectations.The worst billing department I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Terrible customer service as far as the billing departmenet. Cannot get invoices mailed out and as soon as they decide you are behind they threaten service disconnection. I have been double billed multiple times also, which requires monthly contact with the IT mangement. While the IT has been very good, I would not do business with this company due to their lack of competency in billing.

Service call 9/10/2021Equipment ID B13889We have 2 Ricoh MP 4055 and 1 IM C300 copier/printers; one of the MP 4055 was reporting certificate error issues which we could not clear.Called Office1 and was answered by a very pleasant and warm agent; it took less than 30 seconds to identify and authenticate our account. Once we described the issue she immediately scheduled a tech for a service call - never even asked if we could try troubleshoot the issue ourselves like previous providers.Gabe was the tech that responded and as soon as we spoke he already knew what the issue was and set the time for his arrival.Gabe was excellent and went beyond what we expected as he worked on the other printers and helped optimize the current settings, updated firmware, and made sure we knew how to access the admin config and was comfortable doing so.We were so impressed that requested Gabe is assigned as our preferred tech for any future calls.Thanks again for all your help,Kingston

After some internal debate we decided to switch our IT vendor to Versa about 3 months ago. The previous vendor sometimes took 2 hours to respond to a ticket which was not acceptable and often left our employees out to dry. Versa is always available and always on point. They do a great job managing our 50 person office and I’m thrilled we finally made the switch to them as our new IT vendor. If only we had done this sooner......
