We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this). On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Very disappointed with Andromeda. My law firm contracted with them for over 5 years to provide IT technology and support. We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations. The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow. We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok. I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.
