I am one of two Black female entrepreneurs who have worked tirelessly to build this business, and we approached Blitz Mobile Apps with good faith, trusting their claims of experience and professionalism.Despite our commitment and full payment of over $26,000 by June 2023, Blitz Mobile Apps failed to deliver a functional product and instead subjected us to 18 months of delays, empty promises, and ultimately, no usable app. Beyond this, they misrepresented their abilities, providing no clear communication or solutions. Instead, they left us with extensive financial losses, totaling over $51,000 due to wasted marketing, missed business opportunities, and additional consultations needed to compensate for Blitzs negligence.Key Individuals Involved:1.Wilson Parker Blitzs manager, responsible for providing excuses instead of results. During a recorded Zoom meeting, he admitted fault on Blitzs end yet failed to make any meaningful progress or fulfill promises to rectify the issues.2.Jason Jay Brown Another contact at Blitz Mobile Apps, involved in our communication and responsible for false assurances about their ability to complete the project on time and to our specifications.Unethical and Potentially Fraudulent Requests:Blitz Mobile Apps even went so far as to request that we commit bank fraud by filing a dispute to retrieve the funds, claiming their account was frozen. They then asked that we send the payment again through a different merchant account. This highly unethical and suspicious behavior only heightened our concerns that this company operates in bad faith.Legal Actions and Complaints Filed:We have taken substantial steps to hold Blitz Mobile Apps accountable.
