My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company. I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste. Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical. I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!

Gaurav and his team have done an excellent job over the first 6 months of this project to fix our SEO and PPC. When Attrock inherited it from another agency (who destroyed our traffic and left the back end of the site in a poor state), they immediately set to work and had fixed all the fundamentals within 2 months. For the most recent few months, they've been running our PPC campaigns, implementing 12 backlinks per month, and producing 15k words of new AEO/SEO optimised content as well. We now have 3x more organic traffic, 10x more referral traffic, and a steady stream of PPC leads that are of increasing quality as they optimise the campaigns further. The only downside, to give a balanced review, is that they are victims of their own success - the turnaround times have been a bit slower from time to time for certain tasks, but this now seems to have been fixed. FIVE STARS! The request was to migrate an existing website platformed on GoDaddy to Wix and add reCaptcha if possible. This is a personal side project so the budget was out of pocket. The initial bid was the lower of the two received and Simone still came in under budget. She accomplished the work well within the required time frame. She showed me how similar features in GoDaddy were replicated in the Wix builder. The website has intentional embedded errors. Simone understood from the first meeting that this was not a typical request and was able to replicate all under Wix. I appreciated her offer of additional improvement suggestions, such as Search Engine Optimization for the site. In this case, being a sandbox that has no goods to sell, it was not a requirement. Simone got the optional reCAPTCHA feature added which was the cherry on top of the the pie for me. Highly recommended.
