OuterBox

I've now worked with Outerbox with two companies and wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!! In my first experience, I inherited the team, and to say they were good was an understatement. They were always on top of making sure the SEO was performing, showed me the dashboard for tracking visitors and leads, and I was blown away! In this role, we are developing multiple sites from the ground up, and they have been next level. From the sales team working with us to make sure every part of the RFP was addressed (and even the possible weaknesses and holes that were in the RFP and service offerings) to the launch team working with all 7 teams to get the sites up and running, it's been nothing but positives for these guys!!!! Can't wait to see as our traffic and leads start to increase over the other vendors we use, and happy to get it all under one house who truly cares that we grow as well! "

Two stars for the prompt termination of the contract after three weeks of nothing happening and poor communication.Edit: It should be noted that I was transparent about our needs up front and repeatedly confirmed that ads could run in under two weeks. Was there a disconnect between sales and the team that was going to do the work? Sounds like it. Because it's not at all what I was promised.No one did any research and asked what we'd want to promote, or literally anything, prior to creating some of the most generic Canva posts I've seen. There was no customized plan. There was: ask zero questions about us, our business, or our goals; ignore us for a week; share a couple of generic posts that we shot down; and then claim they can't get anything up due to some mysterious error when Meta was working just fine.I'm confident that if you're looking to spend $10k+ per month, the level of service is likely great. However, if you're working with a smaller budget, be prepared to be utterly ignored.p.s. I'd reached out the firm a year prior via a form on their website and never got a call or email back. That should have been enough for me to skip a second shot, but I was genuinely impressed with their founder's interview on SHI podcast so I took another shot. That's my fault. "
