FRAUD! Waste of time and money, I’m not the type of customer that usually leaves a bad review, but I think people should know. From the beginning, I thought that the prices were high for the work being done, but a coworker talked me into it, and the owner was definitely very persistent in getting the deal done and getting paid in full before any work was done, including any type of mood board. They started by having me complete an extensive questionnaire so that they can get to know the business instead of them just researching it and getting to know the brand themselves it was like Writing everything that was going to be on the website so they could copy and paste ! then I had to tell them exactly how I wanted the website and where I wanted each picture etc . It was so much back-and-forth and it honestly just looked like AI. I ended up using a template and doing it myself in two hours and it looked almost identical. Deliverables were not met, and agreements were not followed. I ended up not even using the website This was a huge mistake and I hope nobody else has to be treated like this! "
