My first experience with 4Design was working with Lee and Robbie on the Solarscan Melanoma Detection system for Polartechnics in the early 2000s. They converted a really bulky and frankly awfully designed prototype system into a sleek device suitable for manufacture and use in a Doctor's office. The ongoing parking issue caused by employees from businesses at The Capricorn Centre is getting out of control and is severely affecting residents in our private residential estate.Workers from multiple businesses are regularly parking in our estate, making it difficult for residents to park near their own homes. Our roads are already narrow, and now, due to double parking, it is becoming even more restricted, creating major problems.Serious issues include:- Blocked footpaths, forcing pedestrians, wheelchair users, and parents with prams onto the road.- Obstructed access for emergency vehicles, putting lives at risk.- Disruptions on bin collection days, as refuse trucks struggle to get through.This week, a particularly dangerous incident occurred—a lady with a pram was forced onto the road due to blocked pavements, and a speeding vehicle almost hit her. This is completely unacceptable and could have ended in a serious accident.Businesses at The Capricorn Centre must take responsibility and stop their employees from using our residential streets as a car park. There are alternative parking options available, and this level of disregard for a residential community is simply not acceptable.Until action is taken, I strongly discourage any business from operating in a way that disrupts and endangers local residents.

I have just received a call from this company from their HR named Jessica Irfan. Really rude to speak with and doesn't have the sense to talk to a candidate in a professional manner for a job interview. Hence, she called and was just racing through the call so she can just hang up. When she asked me to tell about my self, I started off and after a few seconds she cut me off by saying "okay now tell me what's your salary" I was flattered to know how unprofessional that was. When I replied to her answer regarding my pay. She than quickly said "OKAY WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU BYE!!"If you don't wanna hire a candidate or don't find them suitable due to their higher pay, you can respectfully say our salary bracket is this this and I'm sorry but we can't meet your expectations.This was like one of the most unprofessional calls I've ever received from an HR. HR accocaites are the face of the company and there actions reflect on the company's external image.Really shocked to know attitudes like this exist in today's corporate offices.
