Joe really took his time to learn about the essence of our association. He didn’t just conduct a “one and done” quick series of questions to get to know us. Rather, he took a deep dive, leading multiple vision sessions with our board members and even drove hours to attend our National Conference so he could see us in action and sit in on roundtable discussions with our members. He was able to get to the essence of who we were, summing us up brilliantly. He then came up with not just a couple of suggestions for a new name that would capture who we were, but submitted a full page of names and positioning to go along with each one.Joe also had infinite patience.
