Trevor was great to talk to. I liked what we discussed, unfortunately the back end support just couldn't quite get the work done. I know they had some staffing issues which is hard and I hope they can get back on their feet there. I look forward to working with them again if they can get that resolved. But I think it is important to be up front in our experience which was that our website had problems when it was in their care and I couldn't get responses from their team to fix it. I ended up having to stop their services and bring in a new company to get the website issues resolved.Things ended up fine for us, so its not like a great problem was created. But we were losing some important functionality while we waited for them to fix things.
