Bulletproof

Utterly disappointed and very upset. I don’t normally leave reviews like this and I hate to because liked Bulletproof clothing which is very upsetting because I won’t be purchasing from here again. I ordered two hats, one of them in a colour that I fell in love with, mint green. When they came they were both the completely the wrong items. I bought them for Christmas and it’s been on going still and hasn’t been resolved, the service has been VERY poor. I now have two redundant hats. Basically I contacted the company on a number of different social platforms when I received the wrong items but had absolutely no reply at all except for one, eventually after months of trying to contact them. It should have been such a simple request to have the items I ACTUALLY wanted but I felt very ignored and still do!! Once I had a reply, they told me they’d send the correct items and it was being sorted so I thought I’d give benefit of doubt because it took so long, and all I want is the hats and the colour I fell in love with, but then I had no confirmation of them actually sending it and I chased again but they haven’t replied since!! So awful!! I’ve lost money because I literally only bought the hats for that particular colour and logo style and I don’t want the ones I have instead!! I am very disappointed and disgusted that nobody has gotten back to me about it. Therefore I won’t buy from here again. Which is very sad because the products are nice themselves. Out of principle, I’m very unhappy with the service. "

Great clothing, extremely high quality and I wear it both in the gym and day to day. Delivery’s do sometimes take longer than stated but they are extremely responsive when contacted with any issues and even gave me a free t-shirt as my delivery was delayed in shipping. 10/10 "

I sent an email about a problem with a tshirt. And less than a day later I had a reply and was sent a new tshirt out. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Not only a great customer service but apart from one incident absolutely great products. Will be buying more from bulletproof as soon as I can "
