Not normally the type of person to bash a small buisness as a buisness owner myself and my google profile will prove that but felt like it was necessary under these circumstances and would like to save someone the headache of working with Craig.I initially hired Craig to post ads for me. The first month felt as Craig was dragging his feet to get the ads live. Once the ads were live after a month there was no inquiries or noteable progress made I decided I wanted to cancel everything as I could see there being no return on my investment.After canceling ads, it was discovered that out of $1900, zero of that was including ad funds and I was being charged additionally per click. After reaching out to Craig about my frustrations he offered SEO services. For $1900 I would expect SEO services and a lot more than what I was receiving. In the end I received maybe $200 worth of work done and no leads.Fast forward to December, google banned my account for the same deceptive content that Craig had created. I unfortunately lost my high ranking google account with nearly 40 reviews. I reached out to Craig before writing this review with hopes of him making things right for his mistakes and he not only was unhelpful, but was unwilling to take accountability for his mistakes that will cost me a considerable amount in lost reneuve this spring.Craig did give me a partial refund, but at this point I felt as it is not sufficient with the amount of damage Craig caused. All and all I would highly recommend staying away from Craig and his “marketing” tatics. "
