Elite Crew

Marek is our CEO with a huge technological background. For over 10 years he has been building commercial products and leading development teams. Today he still leads teams but his focus and priorities changed. Marek founded Elite Crew in 2019 and the company has grown steadily since then.

Justyna is our Social Media Ninja and Graphic Designer. She works for Elite Crew and is also involved in the Talk To Loop project. She graduated from the University of Jan Długosz in Częstochowa, Poland and has a bachelor's degree in English Philology with a specialisation in linguistics.

Weronika graduated from the University of Lower Silesia in Wrocław with a bachelor's degree in Media design and image marketing. She takes care of our social media platforms and creates copy and graphics for posts. She's also involved in the Talk To Loop project.

Joanna is a graduate of Public Administration at the College of Law and Administration in Rzeszów. In her free time, she likes hiking and cycling. She also really enjoys decorating things with the decoupage technique. She prepares handmade gifts for her friends.

Hubert as a programmer strives to make every solution so simple that even a child can understand it. Only then we can be sure that we have done everything to make our code the best. As a normal guy, he likes to explore - from short bike tours during the week to flights to distant countries.

Hubert is a WordPress Developer. He appreciates the cooperation with Elite Crew because it brings together very good professionals in many areas. There is a family atmosphere here that he has not experienced anywhere else. In projects, he puts the main emphasis on code cleanliness and optimization.

Wojtek is one of the frontend developers at Elite Crew. Initially, he helped after hours in one of the projects, but he was captivated by the atmosphere and the approach of the entire team to software development, which translated into joining the Elite Crew for good.

Krzysztof is a backend developer who mostly uses NodeJS to program. He also has some front-end experience - with the Angular framework and the React library. Cooperation with Elite Crew is a great adventure for him. There is an atmosphere here with which he has not met before.

Wojciech is a software tester and QA at Elite Crew. Personally, he's responsible for maintaining the quality of the project we are working on. He tests the application both from the frontend and backend sides.

Anna is a Partnership Leader at Elite Crew. In her daily tasks, she takes care of developing new relations. Great partnerships need time, trust, and comfort in the dialogue. Being open, and easy-going helps a lot! You need to feel that what you do makes sense and leads to something great.

At Elite Crew she's a Junior Project Manager and a moderator in the Talk to Loop project, which does not prevent her from looking ahead and learning new skills.

Paweł has the pleasure of fulfilling the role of UX/UI Designer at Elite Crew. Design is his passion which he develops every day taking inspiration from the world around him. He graduated from high school, but he has been interested in design since he was a child.

Dominik is a graduate of the University of Rzeszów with a first degree in Computer Science. In his free time, he likes to play chess and recently started playing drums. He also likes to follow esports games. At Elite Crew, he works on the backend side of the apps under the guidance of Krzysztof.
