I worked at this company as a React developer for 1.6 years. It’s primarily an ad agency with very limited focus or understanding of technology. If you're planning to build a serious tech career, I would strongly advise you to stay away.Many people here lack basic technical skills — some don’t even know how to use Git properly. The environment is more about blame-shifting and politics than actual growth or teamwork.I handled multiple projects for them and even traveled to Delhi/Gurgaon for two months, staying away from my family. I worked late nights, sometimes till 7 AM, and regularly on weekends — including Saturdays and Sundays.Despite all this, during the appraisal cycle, I was asked to resign. Prior to that, they had promised to pay for my unused leave balance — a promise they never fulfilled.If you're new to tech and don’t care about growth or learning modern development practices, then maybe this company will suit you. But if you’re serious about your career, look elsewhere. This is essentially an ad agency pretending to be a tech company. They still rely on outdated technologies like PHP and WordPress, and their work in React or Angular is far from competent.Too much time is wasted in meetings with no real direction, and the tech leadership lacks clarity. You'll work hard here and still feel undervalued.Choose a company that truly understands and respects technology.
