Petrol Head Heaven.So pleased with all the Team at Genome Design.Many deserved thanks to Nick,Andy and CrewWhat a set up what a place.I had the dreaded PADM message on my 911.Local Porsche Dealer advice need Diagnostics, then one or maybe both sensors replaced cost £2582+Called Nick great in-depth knowledge car booked in Drove for 6 hours dropped off the car headed to the onsite cafe (absolutely fantastic) had breakfast and coffee.Car repaired new sensors with a unique Genome mod bill £650 YES £650!Smiled for all the 6 hour drive back home.I'll be heading back in October for my service.I won't be going anywhere else.Wishing you all the best with your venture guys.You should be proud. I recently used Genome for a gearbox service on my Panamera 4litre v8 diesel, and the customer service is some of the best I have ever received, and not just from a garage. Nick the owner is extremely knowledgeable but his father Peter is a credit to the company.I ended up going back for the drop links replacing, superb service, cannot recommend them enough and will be the only Garage I will use for my Porsche, period.Thanks lads, true honesty and integrity.Mark "

So update the shocks were damaged now fixed see photo before and afterSo spent almost £5000 on having a service and £400 travelling back and forth as I wanted the best for my new car! From suspension, tuning etc, spent a lot of money and Nick was amazing picked us up from the station and was great but since I got my car back I’ve had a few problems and Just not happy at all. Also charged me £16 for a litre of oil and put in BMC filters without my permission. He’s put new H&R lowering springs on and one side at the front its lop sided and hasn’t been fitted properly and since been told might need a new shock and shouldn’t of been handed back like it. Hitting bumps terrible. He has offered me to come back but I’m down south so just too far to come back but no offer of some money back so I can get it fixed, paid over £500 to have them fitted and now need to put the old springs on till I figure out what to do. Also had a MOT done and it failed on omissions, luckily just a small fix but again been told this should of been picked up on a service also two track rods nuts were loose guess when the alignment was done. All the info I’ve received was from another Porsche specialist. I’ve also emailed Nick now 4 times and only had one reply and that was after trying 3 times. I understand he’s making a big move but just very disappointed after investing so much in GenomeAnd Nick :((( "

Nick and the team are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. My car was in for a full day of work but they called to say they found an issue I should get remedied by the dealership under warranty rather than just plowing through the work, saving me a decent wedge of money at expense to themselves.They have been nothing but helpful when I have called with queries and questions and keep you up to date every step of the way.Amazing new location at the Motorist too, really nice to be able to post up in the cafe whilst your car is in.Would recommend to anyone with a porsche. "
