I said that the fact that my original review trigger them to call me was a problem. I said to them that if I never would have posted my original review they would have never reached out to me. Well it is 3 months later and I am still awaiting that phone call. not only did they not return my phone call they also just keep charging my AMEX. So after speaking with AMEX I put a hard block on Grizzly and they just continue to change or have multiple Merchant ID's which in itself should be a major red flag. I have been in business for 20 years and have had one and only merchant ID with AMEX. I am so upset over this and they just do not care. all they want is you money and will send you generic reports with not help, communication, or care to actually help your business excel. please, please, please go on reddit and do you homework. I am so upset that signed on with them and wish my industry was not in a hard time that forced me to make decisions without doing my homework like I always do. if I can save one business from this predatory company I will feel good. "
