Andres is responsible for the operation and direction of idfive—up to and including turning off the lights before locking up. With over 20 years of experience leading projects for clients in various industries, he’s a fixture on the creative, development, and strategic teams at the agency.

Sean is the Chief Strategist of idfive where he helps clients understand the constantly changing intersections between design, marketing, communication and technology through creative ideas and beautiful solutions.

Chris has 20 years of experience in developing, implementing and managing strategic multi-channel marketing initiatives. Chris has managed regional and national accounts alike in categories including; Higher Education, CPG, Gaming, and Not-For-Profit. TV, radio, social, digital – he’s done it all.

Jake is passionate about meeting (& beating) deadlines, communicating clearly and challenging clients to step outside their comfort zone to achieve results when necessary. He takes complete ownership of his accounts and takes great pride in growing organizations with a thoughtful marketing strategy.

Matt applies educational principles to advertising strategy and tenets of the lean user experience and design thinking to the creative process. Much of his work over the last decade has focused on audience engagement and interactive storytelling.

Caitlin is passionate about results. Her well-rounded career working both as the client and for the client has provided her with the perspective to navigate the challenges of budgets and timelines with a high level of detail and commitment to measurable success.

As idfive’s Lead Strategist Peter applies his extensive experience in education marketing, nonprofit positioning and development, and institutional branding to various client projects. He is also an Executive Board Member of WYPR, Maryland’s NPR station, an award-winning playwright.

Nick brings a fanatic passion to his work in user experience, interaction design and web development. As an advocate for best practice conventions, semantic code and mobile-first development, Nick has been invited to contribute his thoughts and techniques on the prestigious A List Apart magazine.

Nowakowski joined idfive in 2005 and is one of the firm’s original founders.
