These guys are brutal. Multiple emails that go unacknowledged. Tried to cancel they don't even answer. They don't update anything even after being told multiple times. They don't watch the advertising spending and click rate. Hire someone off Fiverr for cheaper and probably better if not the same. "

This company is very quick to take your money but super slow with refunding it. I wanted to try their service, and I was misled about the additional fee for displaying the listings in Calgary. I was told that the CREA DDF will show the listings, but in reality, I'd need a Pillar9, which is an extra fee. I was promised a refund of all the fees I had paid if I was not satisfied. I signed up on June 24 and sent my first cancellation email on July 7. The second email was sent on July 18, and the third one was sent on July 21. I talked to Olga a few times always promised that the refund would be issued shortly. Nothing happened, and to my surprise, they charged me another monthly fee on July 24. I called Olga the same day and again promised a refund. I'm on the phone calling my c/c provider to complain now. I don't need this aggravation and wasted time.
