mNotify Company Limited

It is a good channel to remind your customers of your business about their arrears or outstanding debts. "

I like your services, however it will be of a great help if you give an option where you have data of phone numbers already, where someone can do a bulk messaging to.Also, my account was restricted for reminding a client of a bill they supposed to pay, which is quite not fair...I don't remember being given a note that you can't sent reminders on bills. "

I organized an important program which requires a draft of a name as sender's name. To my surprised, you never fulfilled that for me. I complained thinking of having a redress and was ignored. If you have any doubt of your client, you have several ways of getting to know him better. In as much you do business, the customer has a right.Though I have really enjoyed your services earlier before that incident. "

I love mnotify as I use for all my projects and recommend to clients as well. I would like you to have all your APIs to work. One that interests me more but doesnt work was the “add contact number to group” API. This is a good API that will help gather contacts as transactional SMSs are being sent.Keep on the good work. 👍🏽 "

An IT company with the most comprehensive customer service approach. Doesn't matter the size of your business, these guys will guide you through whatever you need to do through their system. Highly recommend and would use their services again! "
