Katie has to be the worst employee in marketing. She’s been nothing but rude to me & has a lot of attitude. I never write google reviews, I usually don’t care, but the level of unprofessionalism that she has provided has sparked a fire in me to write this review. She’s overcharged for pretty much everything and has provided us with no functional deliverance. Can’t even make a secure payment processing system on the website and we paid over 4K for it. On top of that, I asked her to simply fix the email that she charged us for because I can’t access it and then she gave me nothing but attitude saying she doesn’t manage the domain anymore. Clearly you are no longer suitable for managing it because you’ve given us nothing we’ve asked for. If you want a functional website and good customer service this is the last marketing agency you should turn to. They seem to be in the drama entertainment business and not in the marketing one. "
