If I could vote negative 10 stars I would. Tony is a con artist and Neo Media is a fraudulent business. If you do not want to be conned and do not desire to go through legal action and court proceedings to get your money back from a fraudulent swindling company for a website creation then I would highly avoid using Neo Media. The phone numbers are fraudulent, the address is virtual, his website itself is misrepresentative of clients which are in fact not his clients and portfolios. He then does a runner with people’s money after stringing you along and lying. "

Tony started off great, attentive and told us precisely what we wanted to hear. It didn't last.Sadly it seems that he "over-sold" the size of the company, then he seemed to fall out with his graphic designer - which was a shame as we have no contacts for her (she was good - Claire get in touch).Tony does not respond to emails and then claims that he's been out of the country for funerals and all sorts (lock your FB down Tony, you've slipped up advertising your photo shoot for your new business on there....)We've spelling errors all over our site - apparently thats our fault as Neo (Neo is only Tony) has copied verbatim from the old site - That has been disproven by open source tech (WayBackMachine).Tony has promised various articles which have been substandard - we've been met with "you're the experts" ie we should be doing what we paid him to do (and said he could do).We then received further posts from him that were rambling nonsense output from an AI tool.... and now he wont pick up our calls or respond to emails. This experience has been dreadful.Woeful.. left with no alternative but to go legal.. "

Tony and the Team @ NEO were great to work with. They executed on everything they said, they took feedback well, and developed a very effective website for us.
