I was really impressed. I am not very able technologically, and I am also not the person you want to pick our paint colors. I found them to be very knowledgeable in helping me with wording, design, and color. They are extremely nice people to work with too. I enjoyed our meetings, and felt that we had a relationship versus a transaction. The challenges I had were on my side, such as chasing down staff for pictures. As a bald man I guess I just don't have enough sympathy for bad hair days.
