I hired Edward to build my website and paid him as agreed. At the beginning, communication was clear while he was setting up the basic structure of the site. During this early stage, he asked me to leave a five-star review even though the project was not completed. We had agreed that he would add and change all the required products, but beyond the basic setup, the project stalled.
