Well done, good sir.There are so many companies in this realm that make all sorts of promises but fall far short. You guys are the real deal. And you put your money where your mouth is, if you did not clear the posting, I owed you nothing. I hope I never have to use you again, but if someone who was never even a client of the firm posts a negative review, you can be confident I am reaching out to you.I only wish I could give a sixth star. "

I'm leaving 4 stars to draw attention for those who aren't buying the 70+ 5-star reviews for Reputation Ease, but in fact, i would give them 5 stars all day long. I CAN say that they successfully removed 2 spurious reviews from one of our companies as advertised and it was worth the money. I was skeptical at first but they delivered and i paid promptly. Please don't ruin it for us by not paying if they do what they say for you. Glad these people exist "

I am so glad to have found Reputation Ease! We had a review that was posted about our small business that was false and we were not able to get Google to remove the ad even though it did not have to do with our business! Reputation Ease reached out to us about it and they were able to get it removed through their professional channels. Let me start by saying that the google review system is arbitrary and unfair to small business owners. Even worse are Yelp and the BBB which are both extortionist by their very nature. Our small business had received negative reviews from people we had never even met, and these false reviews were impacting our business! I had been stressed about these negative reviews that didn't reflect our company's good work in the world.I was only willing to work with Reputation Ease because they wouldn't charge me unless they were successful in removing the reviews. Their no-risk offer worked perfectly for our needs.They were faster than I could have anticipated. The bad, false reviews are gone and our reputation is protected.
