I hired Ryno to build a website and do seo for a roofing company, Ryno is high priced for the quality they deliver. I've hired someone else to fix the site and unfortunately they found many entry level SEO issues and the SEO was something I specifically paid montly for. The website design is decent and the people I worked with were friendly but otherwise, an overall low quality product has tainted the experience. I dont feel I got what I paid for. "

We own a plumbing company in Maryland. We have been in business for over 30 years. We have many partnerships, business relationships etc. and I have to say that far and away our time with Ryno since Nov. 2023 has been our worst experience we have ever had with a company. If you are in the trades I HIGHLY recommend that you steer clear from RYNO. They have high turnover and so much gets lost in the cracks when you're dealing with so many different people. Our website was delivered late, our online presence is terrible, and there is absolutely no accountability. Even as recently as a few weeks ago, I saw that they were putting out updates that we were a heating and air conditioning company (we are a plumbing company) It really is just baffling and embarrassing. I paid out of pocket multiple times to have outside audits done on our website and SEO rankings just to confirm how poorly everything was going even though I already knew that from the huge drop in calls/leads we had pretty much once RYNO took over our marketing. This company can single handedly jeopardize businesses that many of us dedicate our lives to building. BE AWARE! They heavily focus on paid leads which I understand Is a useful source but not when it's your only source. They never once updated me on SEO without me asking first and that's because they know that they aren't performing up to par. Some months you get the reports on everything and some months you don't.Their answer to everything was always continue to extend your service area, turn on more services, etc. I had to learn the hard way that this company sells you a dream and delivers a nightmare. Please don't put yourself through what I have gone through since November 2023, it is a gut wrenching experience from start to finish. In the spirit of not being completely negative, the website does look good. "
