We are a boutique creative agency operating across three integrated arms: Studio, Events, and Publishing. Studio handles brand identity, web presence, digital strategy, product launches, and wholesale and retail positioning. Events covers full-scale event production and consultation, from concept through execution. Publishing delivers independent press services and author platform development for writers who understand that a book without a brand is a manuscript without a future.
What separates us is not a methodology. It is fluency. We work across independent retail, esoteric and alternative markets, live event production, and the publishing industry with the same depth of knowledge most agencies reserve for a single vertical. Our clients are founders, creators, and businesses that operate in spaces the mainstream creative industry does not understand and rarely serves well.
Sinister Concept was founded by Richard Fox, whose career spans independent performance production in New York City, national trade event management with Informa Markets, and the launch of multiple independent brands. We bring that scope of experience to every engagement, from a single author website to a full brand system to a multi-day curated festival.
