Avoid at any cost...fully of dodgy people,it has been 8 days, money not received, called atleast 10 times, tells me different story every time.Today morning it's gone even worse, tried atleast 10times no answer.after 40mins line got cut off.Don't even know am I gonna get my money back or not.This money was for my brother in laws Cancer treatment.Shocking, please avoid this company.I will definitely take legal action. "

This company is a fraud!My ID WAS USED FRAUDULENTLY 5 times TO SEND OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY. I sent over 50 emails for explanation, waited over 4 months no explanation received. If you are registered with this small world money transfer company ask them for you last 10 transactions then you will see what I am taking about!I have sent you my details more then 50 times by email waited over 4 months don’t act your innocent your not your company is a fraud! "

I sent money since yesterday and still under review. I have been ringing since 9am continuously and non of them is picking up. I only used them because of their rate which I have also introduced to people I know but don't think they are professional as they don't pick call. I might stop using them as well as those I have told about them. The purpose of sending the money is to support a family member who is ill in the hospital and because the funds has not gone through to enable them pay some hospital deposit, the hospital has now refused to commence treatment and I have been calling, calling and calling only for them to drop the call after 15mins of wasted time. They are building their unprofessional reputation already. "

Avoid - money don't delivered and not returned back to my account.Join the company to send money to Cameroon. They happily accepted the money, but next day when the money should have been delivered I just got email from no-reply email, that they cancelled the transaction.I called them to find out what was wrong. The call centre answer was that they don't discuss with client why they cancelled the transaction. (Apparently it is in small print - who read it?) When I pressed them they said only central office know, so I wanted to be put through to them. At that point the call dropped. Now I don't have the money and they are keeping them! "

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!!! I have had a very difficult two weeks trying to send money with this company. They request quite a lot of highly confidential data from you and never explain why. I have been trying to send money to Venezuela unsuccessfully. I started a transaction and paid the money but they have cancelled it. They now have my money and would not send it Venezuela!!! it's been a nightmare trying to request a refund now. AVOID this company at all costs!!! "
