Arif Enes Demir founded Smartkid and still works inside the accounts rather than above them. He moved the agency into AI Visibility (GEO) before most of the market had a name for it, on a simple argument: if buyers were starting to ask ChatGPT we're here!

Gamze Toprak runs delivery at Smartkid, and the second half of her title is the part that matters. Most agencies separate operations from outcomes: one person makes sure the work ships, and someone else explains the numbers afterwards. Gamze owns both.

İnel Zuhal Kandırmaz manages paid media at Smartkid Google, Meta and marketplace campaigns. She works feed-first: fix the product data, then buy the traffic. That approach sits behind our strongest ROAS results.
