Our core product is an online auction platform that supports various auction types for different markets and assets. Initially, we used a free UI Kit, but it was outdated and didn’t meet our needs.To improve the user experience and interface, we hired snig.digital to redesign the UX/UI. Our goal was to create a modern, mobile-friendly app with a flexible design system, allowing us to introduce new auction types and enhance existing functionalities. The project focused on:- Updating the UX/UI of current auctions.- Developing a new auction type.- Creating a comprehensive design system for the platform and related products.Given that our platform handles assets ranging from tens of dollars to hundreds of millions, a clear and efficient interface is crucial. With snig.digital's help, we significantly upgraded the user interface for several auction types and introduced two new ones. The result is not just functional but also visually appealing.Users now find the system intuitive, whether they access it from mobile or desktop. Despite some of the changes being quite substantial, we’ve received positive feedback from participants and observers.The time required to develop new auction types or related products has decreased. Furthermore, the number of operational errors of our customeras has been reduced to nearly zero. And any issues that arise are easily identified by our support team. "
