Despite spending over $15,000, there was little to no return on investment, and no solid explanation for why the campaigns failed to perform.Instead of owning these mistakes, they offloaded tasks that were clearly outlined in our agreement onto my internal team—putting an additional burden on us for responsibilities they were paid to handle.
